About The Founder
Fred J. Halloran MD graduated from Northwestern University in 1983 with a Bachelors of Science and a Masters Degree in neuroscience. He then went on to attend Feinberg School of Medicine, graduating in 1988. Following that, he completed his residency at Loyola Medical Center, and Mercy Hospital and Medical Center. Fred J Halloran MD holds a board certification with the American Board of Internal Medicine. Dr. Halloran firmly believes that American healthcare needs a new business model.
